Preferences & Clinic Customization
NeuroVisual Trainer (NVT) is built around flexibility and customization. At the patient level, clinics can tailor vision therapy treatment plans to meet each individual’s needs. At the clinic level, administrators and can configure how the platform looks, feels, and functions for their team and patients.
The Preferences tab, found in the toolbar at the top of the My Clinic page, provides tools to shape both the look and the functionality of your clinic’s NeuroVisual Trainer account. Here you can set default permissions for new patients, customize clinic branding throughout the app, and create custom categories to organize your clinic's VT exercises library.

- View Printable Sheets: Allow patients access to the entire NVT Printables library.
- View Progress Reports: Grant patients permission to view their own Progress Reports.
