Assigning pre-configured Printable Sheets to a patient (workaround)

• 1) Open & configure your Printable Sheet of choice:

• 2) Your web browser will open the document in a new tab. Copy the url:

• 3) Create a Custom Exercise, and name it after whatever printable you want (in this example, we'll call it "Arabic Hart Chart Near & Far") and simply paste the url into the Instructions field:

• Once you have created/saved this printable sheet as a Custom Exercise, you can then assign it to any patient!
  • *It will be located in the Video Exercises dropdown, along with all your other Custom creations.

Alternatively, you could assign a printable to a specific patient this way:

• Go to "Assign Exercises" menu for a given patient:

• Follow Steps 1 & 2 above to configure your Printable Chart, view it, and copy its url.

• Then, select "Custom One-Off" from the "Other Misc" menu:

  

• Paste the url into the instructions field as detailed above in the Custom Exercises approach, and click SAVE:

• Your patient can now open either option, and click the link to generate a brand new chart, as configured by your staff!
