Clear Browser Cache
If you’re experiencing issues with NeuroVisual Trainer (NVT) that seem to affect only your account, such as pages not loading correctly, buttons not responding, or outdated information displaying, clearing your browser’s cache may help resolve the problem.
Your browser cache stores temporary files, images, and website data to help pages load faster. However, sometimes this stored data can become outdated or corrupted, causing unexpected behavior in NVT. Clearing your cache forces your browser to reload the most up-to-date version of the site, often fixing display or functionality issues without requiring further troubleshooting.
