How do I change or reset my password?

Patients, or Staff each have their own unique logins. Passwords can be reset by the user. Staff can also assist patients with password resets. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

For Patients:

  • Using your current password, log into your account, and click your name near the top left of the screen:

  • Using the box that appears, select UPDATE PASSWORD.

  • Type in your new password, then type it again to confirm.
    • Click SAVE CHANGES.


For Staff:

  • Click your name near the top left corner of the My Clinic Page:

  • Click the UPDATE PASSWORD button:

  • Type in your new password, then type it again to confirm.
    • Click SAVE CHANGES.


Password Resets

If a patient is locked out of their account, and contacts a staff member for assistance, their password can be reset remotely.

  • Click the "View and Edit User" icon for the patient in question:

  • Click the RESET PASSWORD button:


  • Click "OK" to send them an email with a link to reset their password:


Forgotten Passwords:

  • if you are locked out of your account due to a forgotten password, simply go to neurovisualtrainer.com and click the blue "Log In" button.

  • At the Login prompt, click FORGOT PASSWORD?


  • Enter your email address, an click the blue EMAIL PASSWORD RESET LINK button. NVT will email you a link to reset your password.
