Logging into your NeuroVisual Trainer account for the first time:

• Your NeuroVisual Trainer clinic will have sent an invitation to your email.  
  • If you do not see the email, check your JUNK, SPAM, or ALL MAIL folders. 
  • Upon opening your invitation email, just click the button labelled ACCEPT INVITATION:

1. Check that your name and information is correct, make changes if needed. 
2. Choose a strong password.
3. Enter your password again in the second box to confirm it.
4. Click the blue button to ACCEPT INVITATION:

Invitation Codes

• Alternatively, every new user account invitation (Staff, Admin or Patient) generates a unique Invitation Code. This code can be retrieved by any Staff member at your NVT clinic.
