Changing a patient's name
Your patient's name is set when you fill out the invitation form. While you can make changes to their email address in the "View and Edit User" menu, NeuroVisual Trainer does not allow for changes to a patient's name after the invite is sent. If there are any errors that are discovered, if they later change their name, or if you want any other alterations made (last name changed to last initial, etc.) just send our customer support team an email at email@example.com, and we will be happy to assist.
