Sound not working

If the sound isn't working on NeuroVisual Trainer, try the following steps:

1. Ensure that your speaker or headphones are working, testing the sound on another site such as YouTube, Netflix or similar.

2. If sound in working on other sites, but isn't working on NeuroVisual Trainer, then follow the following steps:

Chrome

1. Click on the "lock" icon in the upper right hand corner then click "Site Settings"

2. Ensure that "Sound" is set to "Allow"

1. Navigate to "Safari -> Preferences"

2. Navigate to "Websites -> Autoplay" and ensure neurovisualtrainer.com is set to "Allow all Auto-Play"
