Does NeuroVisual Trainer work on all computers?

NeuroVisual Trainer is made to work on all the most popular web browsers, so no matter what device your patients are using, they can easily access the exercises you have prescribed from virtually any internet-connected computer or tablet. However it is important to note that for the interactive exercises in NVT to work properly, screen-size should be no smaller than a standard iPad. 

As with most web-based applications, it's best to make sure your operating system and browsers are running the most recent updates. There can be compatibility issues when using an older device. If you suspect any technical difficulties may be due to old hardware or outdated software, try switching on "Compatibility Mode," found in each patient's "View and Edit User" window.
