How do I edit a staff account?

  1. Once an invitation has been sent, you’ll see the new staff member listed in your clinic’s staff list.
  2. Select MY CLINIC at the top left of your home screen.
  3. Select STAFF at the top right of the MY CLINIC screen.
  4. On the line of the staff you wish to edit, click the green icon that looks like a pen in a circle. 
  5. You will be able to change the staff person's role.
  6. Click the blue button at the bottom right corner to update the account.
  7. If you wish to change a staff person's email address please contact our team directly.
