While logged in, you’ll see a blue circle with a white speech bubble at the bottom right of the page. Click it:
A new chat window will pop up. At the top of the chat box, you’ll see options for ASK and ANSWERS.
In ANSWERS, you can use keywords to search OcuDigital’s NeuroVisual Trainer Knowledge Base.
In ASK, you may direct questions to our support team. Simply type in your inquiry and press RETURN, or click on the small blue arrow to the bottom right of your chat dialogue.
