How do I edit a staff account?
- Once an invitation has been sent, you’ll see the new staff member listed in your clinic’s staff list.
- Select MY CLINIC at the top left of your home screen.
- Select STAFF at the top right of the MY CLINIC screen.
- On the line of the staff you wish to edit, click the green icon that looks like a pen in a circle.
- You will be able to change the staff person's role.
- Click the blue button at the bottom right corner to update the account.
- If you wish to change a staff person's email address please contact our team directly.
